Northark athletes will be playing on a bright and shiny new wood floor at Pioneer Pavilion Monday night, November 10.
The floor upgrade is courtesy of Magness Toyota and Community First Bank who donated the funding to the North Arkansas College Foundation. Representatives from both businesses will be recognized after the first game.
“It’s going to be an honor to thank these donors for their gift,” said Dr. Rodney Arnold, vice president of institutional advancement at Northark. “They support our students and the community and we’re lucky to have such proud Pioneer fans!”
The Lady Pioneers play at 5:30 against Oklahoma Weslyn JV. Arkansas Extreme Cheer will perform at halftime. The men tipoff at 7:15 against Central Baptist JV.
The evening will include a tailgate party sponsored by Community First Bank. Everyone is invited to meet at the south campus parking lot by the Bradley Student Center at 4:30 p.m. to enjoy hamburgers and hot dogs and cheer on the Pioneers!
Door prizes, contests and giveaways will continue throughout the night. Community First Bank will sponsor the popular “Halftime Shooting Contest” and an iPad mini will be given away as the grand prize of the evening.
Northark students get double Pioneer Points for attending the game.
